Ingredients:
I cup margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp almond extract
Cooking Method:
- In a medium mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.
- Add the egg to the mixture and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients and add it to the creamed mixture.
- Add almond extract to the mixture and mix well.
- Roll the dough into balls about ¾ inch in diameter.
- Prick a small hole in the middle of each cookie.
- Bake at 100 ˚C for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are golden brown around edges.

4. 加入纯杏仁精,拌匀成面团。
5. 把面团捏成小球状,每颗直径大约 ¾ 寸。
6. 在每一颗面团球的中间扎一个小洞。
7. 以100摄氏度烘焙10至12 分钟,直到饼干边缘呈金黄色。
